Who is this girl!?
My name is Iciar (pronounced ee-thee-ar).
I’m 20 years old, born in Segovia, Spain, and raised in the very cool city of Barcelona. My go-to book is “The Bell Jar” by Sylvia Plath (Oh no!), and thanks to my astrological birth chart boasting seven Cancer positions, I ended up pursuing Arts Administration and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at UNC Greensboro.
My mom keeps insisting I update my LinkedIn account but I don’t know when I will, I’m an introverted server and I just started writing my sixth journal (think Winona Ryder in “Girl, Interrupted” (1999), that’s me). Despite my strong dislike for the university cafeteria, I find myself eating there. David Bowie holds the top spot as my favorite musician, but I like all kinds of music, also and I have a dog named Luna!
People often label me as the whole shebang – bubbly, smart, beautiful, talented, amazing, with a touch of sleepy and distracted vibes. I maintain a consistently chill demeanor throughout the month, but there’s this one magical time when I unleash my inner wild side (free interpretation, of course). It’s like clockwork, but with a sprinkle of unpredictability.
I’ve been told I sound like BMO from Adventure Time. That quirky robot character is my vocal doppelganger. As if that weren’t entertaining enough, let’s address the elephant in the room – I do have an accent. It’s part of my charm, but please, save yourself the trouble and don’t bother me about it.
